No limit for apps. ^^ And changing sides is allowed, it shakes things up and makes them more interesting. ;3

That's a good question...I didn't count for vampires...uhm...I think it'd probably be best if they didn't require blood, unless they could find a regular volunteer who will allow them to feed...but I don't think that'd be very beneficial for the volunteer's health, eheh. So perhaps a human form for the sake of this RP. I do suppose that'd be ok, but I think one way to get around the whole 'volunteer' thing would be feeding off some of the wild animals. It might however make things a little harder for said character, but that would make it more interesting. Yes?

Wait, I'm confused. So Amy Dearly is the next gen child of Raine, who is technically a puppy himself from what I recall. Would they be from different universes? That's the only thing I can think of that would make sense, otherwise I'm a bit confused. And sorry if this isn't quite the right place to put this. ^^;

No apologising, it's ok. ^^ Even if you did get the wrong place, it'd be fine. Yeah...I'm guessing Raine would have to be an adult for this RP. I'll re-check the apps.

Wouldn't that mean all the other Dalmatians would have to be adults to?

Well, since several characters are from different periods of time, and some from some pretty far places, Raine could be an adult while the other Dalmatians are still puppies. Just as long as it's made clear.

Okay, so... are video game characters allowed if the game is a spinoff from an animated movie? For a particular example, I'm thinking of Experiment 621, from the Lilo and Stitch prequel video game Stitch: Experiment 626; would he be allowable here?

All the pups, yeah, I guess...bleck, let me reconsider this. Ehehe. I'll come to a solution. Vanellope, as long as they are cartoons, which all video game characters are, they are allowed. Two-Tone, yes, Pokemon are allowed, but they don't have any powers, just like anyone else.

No problem. And just to clarify, I think I'll go with Amalthea's suggestion regarding Raine.

Here's an odd question. Even though animals are apparently allowed to talk with humans, what about walking with humans? Okay, let me rephrase that. Anthropomorphized animals, like Alex the lion from Madagascar. Would walking on two feet be considered a 'special power' like flying?

No, it's not classed as a special power. Alex would be able to walk on two feet as normal. :3
