If you'd have checked the rules, you'd have found this:
9. In terms of allowed characters, you are allowed any cartoon character, from movies or TV shows. Not all characters may be suitable, and we will notify you if there’s any issue with your claims, but otherwise, go wild! Also, if you have any OC’s, they are permitted too. (Just remember, no character should be all powerful and flawless – it’s not fair on other people!)
