Name: Tara "Terra" Markov
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Hero or Villain?: Villain
Canon or OC?: Canon
Personality: Terra can come across as a very confident girl at first. Beneath the confident layer, she just wants acceptance and trust. Deep down, she's disgusted by what she's done and how she's hurt people. Although she wants to be trusted, she finds it difficult for her to trust other people easily. Because of her fear of betraying someone she cares about, she tries to keep her distance away from people. Terra also gets easily frustrated with others when they ask about her personal life or things she's done in the past and has been known to be manipulative if she has to be.
Appearance: Terra is a very thin girl with pale skin and big blue eyes. She has shoulder length straight blonde hair that's usually parted in the middle, although there are times where the right side of her hair falls into her face. She wears a plain gray t-shirt, blue shorts, and brown boots since she's come to the area.

Brief History: Born as royalty in the country of Markovia, Terra started life off as a fairly normal girl. She was normal, that is, until she was experimented on alongside her older brother. The siblings gained terrakinetic powers thanks to the experiments. Terra couldn't handle it and ran away from home, fearing that if she stuck around she would hurt the people she cared about. Terra then lived a very nomadic lifestyle, going from place to place without really settling down. Eventually, she stumbled upon the Teen Titans. The team welcomed her into their ranks, but due to a misunderstanding about the lack of control she had over her powers, the blonde left them for a time. She returned after some time with better control of her powers thanks to Slade, an enemy of the Titans. When this was discovered, the Titans threw her out and she decided that Slade was the only person she could trust.
Terra became a foe of the Titans after that experience. After battling the other five teams, she began to be conflicted with which side she really wanted to be on. When a volcano erupted, she decided to sacrifice herself for the good of the people. Because of this, she was turned into stone, now part of the Earth she once controlled. That wasn't the end for her though. Somehow, she managed to come back to life. Deciding she just wanted to be normal, she hid her powers and acted like she was a normal person, even if it meant lying to her friends.
Upon coming to the area, she now knows what it's like to legitimately be normal. She decided to join the villains team, worried that she'd be more likely to betray the other team.
Sample Post: "Why wouldn't I go? Why don't you trust me?" Terra crossed her arms against her chest, a scowl on her face as she stared at the older member of the team. Sure, maybe she was just a teen, but she could handle herself in a fight. At least, she used to be able to. That was when she had powers. But now? Now she didn't have those powers. Plus, she was pretty thin, especially compared to some of the hulking members of the opposite team. It was probably a good idea to keep her from running into a fight.
"I can handle myself. I'm not some scared little girl, OK? I've been in plenty of fights before, and look, I'm doing just fine." It was a lie. Terra was terrified. She was scared. She didn't want to go out and fight anyone from the other side, but she felt that if she didn't, she could never earn the trust of her teammates. If she didn't earn their trust, she was sure she'd get tossed out and killed. "I'm serious. I won't mess up or get myself killed. Just... Trust me, OK?"
