Ralph would be allowed - his strength would possibly have to be toned down just a little though. But someone like King Candy as a Cybug, he's much too big.

Are comic book characters allowed as long as they don't have powers (for example: Batman, Hawkeye, Black Widow etc)

Yes, they are. But, I think you need to read through the rules properly - their own armour and weapons are also not allowed.

Would game characters be allowed? I was thinking about making a robot character into a human, but I wasn't sure if that would be ok or not. I could totally understand why they wouldn't be allowed though.
And stop-motion would be an acceptable medium, right?

Yes, game characters are allowed, as is stop motion. (I have rather a soft spot for stop motion, ha. x3)

I'm curious about what the ruling of neutral characters is. For example, King Louie from the Jungle King and Diamond Tiara from MLP:FiM. Both played mildly antagonistic roles without having real villainous intent. Could they be either hero or villain?

Just to confirm, you say powers aren't allowed... does that mean Vanellope won't have her glitching, right?

Hulk - yeah, essentially - the original idea for this place was a mix of The Hunger Games and Alice in Wonderland!
Griffin - you don't have to stick to the norm, you get to choose whether your character is a Hero or Villain. For example, Dusty will be playing Alice (from Disney's Alice in Wonderland) as a villain. So yeah, choose whichever side you wish!
Vanellope - that's correct!

In reguard to characters who look human but are not. Zero, from Vampire Knight, is well a vampire. Would he still be here? I know he wouldn't have any of his normal powers, but I guess what I'm really asking is would he still need to feed on blood to live?

That's a good question...I didn't count for vampires...uhm...I think it'd probably be best if they didn't require blood, unless they could find a regular volunteer who will allow them to feed...but I don't think that'd be very beneficial for the volunteer's health, eheh. So perhaps a human form for the sake of this RP.

Hey... is the personality section on the apps really necessary? I just noticed that Babs' app didn't have one filled out and still got approved; I was sort of wondering if I could get away with that, too? I mean, I *know* my characters' personalities, I just can never put them into words adequately enough.
Wouldn't normally ask, but I saw Babs had got away without one, so...? ^^;;;

Oh...it didn't have a personality? I didn't notice that. o-o ^^' Erm...well, ok, just this once. xD Maybe just put a few simple words to describe them at least though.

Is there a time limit for putting up apps? Like, you can only put up one app per day?

Here's a question of curious gameplay. The rules of the game are that one side has to be destroyed. What are the rules of changing sides, such as a villain and hero falling for one another?
