Personality: funny, a bit of a daddy's girl, she likes to have a laugh every now and then and she likes intelligence in others.
Appearance:Spotted eared dog, blue collar, brown eyes and spots on her chest and stomach.

Brief History:Penny was one of the original 15 puppies of Pongo and Perdita which is her middle name. She was captured by Jasper and Horace two henchmen of Cruella Devil so she could turn Penny into a fur coat. Fortunately Penny's mum and dad saved her and the rest of the dalmatian puppies with the same fat. Now she lives on the Dearly farm hanging mainly with Raine, Pepper and Jewel.

Penny was having a nice swim in hiccup hole by herself. " Haaa finally Hiccup hole to myself no Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig, Spot or Lucy for that matter." Penny said to herself lying on her back backfloating. Suddenly Lucky, Rolly and Cadpig called her to the barn to prepare for the war. " Hey Cadpig let's stick together, if Lucky and Rolly lose us stick by me" Penny to Cadpig. As Cadpig was about to answer Penny, Lucky and Rolly disappeared. Cadpig remember she wrote a note and put it in Penny's collar which read survive. Penny pulled it out of her collar and read it, then she said softly to herself but to Cadpig indirectly " no problem."
